FAQ

For business owners & HR
What is the employee benefits program?

It's a health-and-wealth benefit for eligible W‑2 employees. It combines healthcare services, like virtual doctors, prescriptions and labs, with financial rewards, like health-store rewards and retirement contributions.

What does it cost my business and my employees?

The program is designed to run at no net cost to the employer and with no reduction in an eligible employee's take-home pay. Your actual numbers depend on your payroll and eligibility, and our team confirms them before you decide.

If neither of us pays out of pocket, where does the money come from?

The program uses a tax-advantaged payroll arrangement. The tax savings it creates fund the benefits, the program fees and the employee rewards. In simple terms, it redirects money that would otherwise go toward payroll taxes into health and financial benefits for your team.

Does it replace our current health insurance?

No. It's designed to work alongside your current plan, with no disruption to it. If you don't offer health insurance today, Dr. Collins will review whether the program is a fit for your business.

Does my business qualify?

The program is built for businesses with 10 or more W‑2 employees. Which employees qualify, such as full-time, part-time, salaried or hourly, is confirmed during your review. A 1099 plan is coming soon.

Are spouses and children covered?

Some benefits include spouses and children, such as virtual primary care, virtual urgent care and telecounseling. Others, such as prescriptions and labs, are employee-only. Your review covers the details.

What do employees need to do to keep their rewards?

After a one-time health profile, employees complete two short health scans on their phone each month, about 40 seconds each. Ongoing participation keeps their rewards and retirement contributions active.

How does it affect payroll, taxes and W‑2s?

The program changes how part of pay is processed through payroll. Our team walks through the payroll and tax details for your situation, and your CPA, payroll provider or attorney is welcome to review the program documents before you decide.

How long does setup take?

The first call is 15 minutes. Most businesses are up and running within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on payroll, and you can start any time of year.

Can you show me numbers for my business?

Yes. On your free consultation, Dr. Collins reviews your current benefits, team size and goals, then walks you through how the plan would be funded. Any figures are estimates until eligibility and payroll are verified.

For partners
What does a Tomorrow Doctor Partner do?

Partners introduce business owners they know. Our team handles the benefits, tax and payroll conversations from there, so you don't need a background in insurance or benefits.

How do partners get paid?

Partners get paid monthly. Full details come after you sign up.

What should a partner avoid promising?

Never guarantee savings, eligibility, coverage or financial results. When a business owner asks something specific, the right answer is: “Great question. Let's have our team confirm that for your situation.”
